2. CPMU - Communication Consultant

  • S2 in Health Management, Public Health, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a relevant major.
  • At least 7 (seven) years of experience in the field of communications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with development partners.
  • A strong understanding of policies in the Indonesia Health Sector/social issues, as well as policies and programs is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both in a team and individually, with strong leadership skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Ability to analyze communication and institutional advocacy strategies (proven by previous work experience).
  • Experience with, familiarity with, and understanding of working in government environments in Indonesia, as well as in private and international organizations.

3. CPMU - Financial Management Consultant

  • S2 in Management, Finance Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant major. Possession of a professional certification is preferred.

  • Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

  • S2 in Public Health, Social Sciences, business administration, Statistics, Development Studies, or a relevant major.
  • Possession of a professional certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 (seven) years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within the healthcare sector or in large-scale development projects.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing M&E frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with donor-funded projects and familiarity with donor financial reporting standards is preferred.
  • Familiar with the mechanism for reporting the State Budget (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara or APBN) in Indonesia.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with social and gender issues in the healthcare sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data statistical software and tools.

5. CPMU - Social Safeguard Consultant

  • S2 in Sociology, Social Sciences, Social Development, Social Economics Studies, Urban Planning, Environmental Management, or other relevant major.
  • A minimum of 7 (seven) years of professional experience, preference given to candidates with relevant training and implementing World Bank safeguards policies (ESF or previous policies) or safeguards policies of other donor agencies (ADB/AIIB) in donor-funded projects.
  • A Minimum of 5 years of experience collaborating with governments in multilateral projects funded by development partners as a relevant specialist.
  • Experience in managing social and environmental risks in projects funded by Development Partners based on previous work experience.
  • Knowing key legislation in Indonesia related to the Health sector, social and environmental issues in Development projects, and public consultations is preferred.
  • Experience in stakeholder consultations.
  • Experience in providing technical assistance/capacity building and conducting supervision/monitoring and evaluation of program implementation progress (evidenced by previous work experience).
  • Good command of spoken and written English.

6. CPMU - Environment Consultant

  • A minimum of 7 (seven) years of professional experience, preference given to candidates with relevant training and implementation in environmental and social impact assessment, such as World Bank safeguards policy (ESF) or training in Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL/ESIA) or similar.
  • A Minimum of 5 years of experience collaborating with governments in multilateral projects funded by development partners as a relevant specialist.
  • Knowledge of national legislation in Indonesia related to environmental protection and other relevant sectors.
  • Experience in providing technical assistance/capacity building and conducting supervision/monitoring and evaluation of program implementation progress (evidenced by previous work experience).
  • Good command of spoken and written English.

7. CPMU - Gender Consultant

  • S2 in Gender Studies, Social Welfare, Anthropology, or a relevant major.
  • A minimum of 7 (seven) years of professional experience, preference given to candidates with relevant training and implementation in environmental and social impact assessment, such as World Bank safeguards policy (ESF).
  • A Minimum of 5 years of experience collaborating with development partners.
  • Operational experience at the national/regional level in implementing programs related to violence against women and children, sexual exploitation and abuse, GBV, gender, and child protection.
  • In-depth understanding and commitment to social inclusion, conflict mitigation, labor management, gender and GBV, stakeholder engagement, and participatory development.
  • Experience in management systems, monitoring, and supervising work progress based on program management techniques (evidenced by previous work experience).
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluating program implementation progress (evidenced by previous work experience).

  • S2 in Social Sciences, Anthropology, Environmental Studies, Environmental Management, or a relevant major. Possession of relevant training certification on environmental and social impact assessment, such as the World Bank's ESF policies, is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in implementing environmental and social safeguards.
  • Knowledge of Indonesia's national regulations related to health, environment, and social management.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and grievance mechanism management is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
