GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (GDP)
REQUIREMENTS
- S1/ S2 with min GPA 3.0.
- Aged 18-25 for bachelor's degree applicants or 24-28 for Master's/Postgraduate applicants.
- Fully commit to the program by signing a Development Agreement Letter (including willingness to work on Site with roster system).
- Active in organizations either academically or non-academically.
- Have motivation, creativity, communication skills, and able to work together in a team.
- Able to operate computer literate with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
1. FINANCE (GDP-FINANCE)
- S1 in Accounting; an understanding of taxation is desirable.
- Maximum of 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and standards.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, data analysis, and familiarity with Excel.
- Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and adaptability.
- Fluency in English, with experience in extracurricular activities, organizations, or projects being a plus.
- Willingness to travel to mining site.
- Recruitment Location: Universitas Padjadjaran (21 & 22 October 2024) and Universitas Indonesia (24 & 25 October 2024).
2. GOVERNMENT RELATIONS (GDP-GOVERNMENT RELATIONS)
- Min. S1 in Mining Engineering, Geology Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
- A solid understanding of engineering and technical aspects of mining operations.
- Strong communication and report writing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience in student organizations, off-campus activities, or sports organizations.
- Recruitment Location: Universitas Indonesia (24 & 25 October 2024).
3. MPDSE (GDP-MPDSE)
- S1 in Civil, Mining, Geological Engineering, or Metallurgy (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Basic understanding of project management, heavy equipment management, and earthwork quality control.
- Familiarity with the principles of design/planning, project execution, and supervision.
- Prior experience in organizational roles.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, writing).
- Desirable: Basic understanding of S-curve development.

4. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY (GDP-OHS)
- Min. S1 in OHS or Engineering; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Up to three (3) years of experience in OHS-related work, studies, contests, or events.
- Ability to organize OHS events and promotions via various offline and online media, develop scientific papers, and present findings in a structured manner.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a professional and safe manner.
- Strong prioritization and delegation skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A keen attention to standards and detail, with the ability to work autonomously within a team environment.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and possessing a positive attitude.
- Experience in organizing OHS events and promotions, conducting research, participating in scientific studies, contests, or events, and delivering presentations on these topics is desirable.
- Advanced skills in database or programming software are a plus.
