JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for head office and project roles.
- Develop and implement impactful employer branding strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to create engaging recruitment campaigns.
- Mentor and lead the recruitment team to meet hiring goals.
- Build strong partnerships with job boards, universities, and recruitment partners.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in Psychology.
- 3-5 years of recruitment and branding experience.
- Proven track record in employer branding initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
