JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Responsible for waste disposal management

2. MT QCQA

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Supervise and manage the quality control process Guarantee product quality according to requirements
  • Checking the manufacture or production process according to the procedure
  • Check work plans and product specifications before and after the production process
  • Record inspection results by completing all reports, concluding work and entering data into the quality database
  • Advise ways to improve the production process Oversee the safe use of quality control equipment Reporting to Managerial level.
QUALIFICATION:
  • S1 in any major related to Chemistry (chemical engineering/ chemistry) & Industrial Engineering

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Arrange goods according to selected area
  • Prepare delivery, storage, & packing management
  • Load Planning & Delivery Planning
  • Warehouse order Preparation Monitoring
  • Transporter Performance Monitoring
  • Ensure that the goods prepared are in accordance with the DO and physical goods.

4. MT MECHANICAL

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Running Mechanical control system
  • Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment
  • Make a plan in the use of machine/ robotic
  • Fix issues from production machines/ other electronic equipment for management/ operational purposes
  • Implement basic knowledge of K3 & 5S
  • Able to analyze & troubleshot machine damage and make machine condition reports
  • Responsible on duty based on working instructions related to mechanical maintenance and repair
QUALIFICATION:
  • S1 from reputable University for Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronic

5. CORPORATE SECRETARY

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Monitoring the Company's compliance with the Company Law and other statutory provisions, the Articles of Association, Financial Services Authority and capital market rules and related statutory regulations, in close coordination with the Legal Department;
  • Maintaining regular communications with the capital market regulatory agencies, including the Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia Stock Exchange, on all matters pertaining to governance, corporate actions and material transactions;
  • Ensuring that shareholders and the general public are kept regularly informed about the Company's actions, financial position and other material matters;
  • Conducting General Meeting of Shareholders, Board of Directors' and Commissioners' Meetings, as well as documenting the minutes of such meetings;
  • Ensuring that both Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors are promptly informed of any relevant regulatory changes and that they understand their implications.
  • Responsible for the Company's orientation programs for the Board of Directors and/or Commissioners.
QUALIFICATION:
  • 27-37 years old
  • Min. S1 from reputable university, majoring in Economy, Management, Law, or Capital Market

  • Deep understanding about capital market, Law & regulation, Financial report and annual report.

6. MT HR INDUSTRIAL RELATION

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Develop, plan, and coordinate the standardization and development of a competitive and equivalent workforce
  • Develop work plans, policies, and section work budgets 
  • Manage, supervise, and evaluate work according to applicable standards
  • Evaluate the section's systems and programs
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports to superiors
  • Implement improvements to work systems
  • Ensure compliance with company and government regulations related to labor.
  • Carry out employee relations development to create a conducive working environment for all parties.
  • Resolve and anticipate disputes involving labor organizations, management, employees or government, agencies, etc.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Deep understanding on Industrial Relations, PKB (Collective Labor Agreement/ Perjanjian Kerja Bersama), Labor Law and labor union.

8. MT ACCOUNTING

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Support activities for reporting to Management & Stakeholder based on Management principles (Planning, Organizing, Monitoring & Controlling).
  • Manage day-to-day journal entries and ensure posted journal entries are complete and accurate for Companies
  • Manages day-to-day activities of the accounting function
  • Responsible for accounting, book keeping and administration in daily basis and timely financial closing in monthly basis
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements
  • Manages monthly and annual closing procedures, and ensures timely delivery of monthly financial reports and management reports produced to the highest standard

9. MT ELECTRICAL

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Running Electrical control system
  • Perform routine maintenance on industrial & production equipment
  • Make a plan in the use of electricity/ others
  • Fix issues from production machines/ other electronic equipment for management/ operational purposes
  • Able to analyze machine damage related to electrical issue and make machine condition reports
  • Responsible on duty based on working instructions related to electrical stuff maintenance and repair
  • Implement Safety (K3) and environment control on power station and Utility operation,
  • Control operation Power Station EQP (electricity), Utility and control consumption
  • Make Schedule and control the activity of PM, RM, CM and BM
  • Control consumption maintenance repair on unit group
  • Understand and have experience using any brand of PLC
QUALIFICATION:
  • D3/ S1 from reputable University/Polytechnic for Electrical Engineering, max 29 years old.
  • Able to work as a team
  • Can speak and make report in English
  • Special graduate Power system engineering
  • Can operate computer fluently (MS word, MS Excel (with pivot function), MS Point
  • Better can operate AutoCAD min 2 dimension
  • Can understand about PLC and the communication system (specific branch: Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron)
  • At least 1 year experience on same/ related field

10. PLANNING STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Responsible for the planning and monitoring of production planning (internal & external factories)
  • Calculating the production capacity by order requests in accurate quantity, accurate timing, and accurate items with buffer stock according to days of inventory standards that are placed.
  • Coordinating with Marketing Dept.
QUALIFICATION:
  • Must have Diploma degree for Industrial Engineering (WAJIB LULUSAN D3 TEKNIK INDUSTRI)
  • Have experience as PPIC in manufacture industry minimum 1 year
  • Maximum age 28 years old
  • Mastering SAP software will be a plus
  • Will be located in Clkampek, West Java
