QUALIFICATIONS

- Fresh graduate or max. 2 years of working experience

2. HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Analyze organizational design, manage manpower planning, and implement workforce fulfillment. Develop employee competence to drive growth and conduct regular competency reviews and assessments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. S1 Industrial Engineering/ Management/ Psychology
- Fresh graduate or max. 3 years of working experience

3. FINANCE ASSOCIATE
Examine, implement, manage, and operate all aspects related to Treasury & Budgeting, manage cash management, monitor budget planning and SOP implementation, monitor investment analysis for various investment projects to be undertaken by the company

4. ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE
Conduct product research and surveys to gather data and create reports, including customer project data, product designs, and survey analysis. Develop new products based on feasibility studies, resulting in product progress and new designs. Perform product launches and performance tests, generating analysis reports. Monitor products and evaluate projects to provide Optimum Fleet Recommendations (OFR) and conduct product evaluations.

- Min. D4/ S1 Materials & Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Agricultural Technology

5. PRODUCTION PLANNING & INVENTORY CONTROL (PPIC)
Create production plans based on sales estimates and market demand, and calculate the need for raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies. Determine the production schedule and ensure a smooth production process, coordinate production activities with other departments/work units, and prepare production reports or presentations for management. Monitor and control the production process to achieve production targets and analyze production data to identify and resolve problems.
