1. LEGAL LITIGATION OFFICER
- S1 in Law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (preferably in the mining industry).
- Active member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association) with a valid Lawyer Identification Card (KTA) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with contract law and compliance issues in the mining industry.
- Accustomed to handling litigation cases and experienced in dealing with legal authorities.
- Work Location: Jakarta Utara
2. LEGAL COMPLIANCE OFFICER
- S1 in Law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal compliance, preferably within the mining or natural resources sector.
- Understanding of mining laws and regulations
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating compliance issues.
- Ability to prepare compliance reports and documentation.
- Work Location: Jakarta Utara
3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
- S1 in Agriculture from a reputable university.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or candidates with up to 1 year of work experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Work Location: Jakarta Utara
4. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING OFFICER
- S1 in Finance, Accounting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance and accounting (preferably in the mining industry).
- Proficient in preparing financial statements and financial reporting, with strong budgeting skills.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
