PT Cipta Niaga Gas is hiring:

1. HR MANAGER

  • Male/ Female, Max age 40yo.
  • S1/ S2 in Psychology
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in leading HR functions.
  • Experience in conducting psychological assessments and talent evaluations.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
  • Leadership and team management skills.

2. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (TEKNISI LISTRIK)

  • Male.
  • D3, D4, S1 Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in working with low- current electrical systems, PLCs, and microcontrollers.
  • Strong knowledge of low-current electrical principles and circuit troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming
  • Familiarity with loT technology and integration techniques.
  • Proficient in microcontroller programming
  • Solid skills in MS Office.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

3. SALES EXECUTIVE

  • Male/ Female.
  • Pendidikan S1
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the energy, fuel, or automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and close sales.
