SUPPLY CHAIN STAFF
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in any field
- Minimum 1 year experience in Supply Chain
- Fresh Graduate with excellent graduation score will be considered.
- Familiar with Export Import and Logistic.
- Can speak Mandarin will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
- Can drive Car and have Valid Driving License type A
- Excellent skill in Excel and Power Point
- Used to work with Accounting Integrated System
- Discipline, Strong Communication and Negotiation Skill, Active & Energetic
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure all Import and Local Purchase processed well
- Scheduling and follow up all payment to be done on time.
- Coordinate with Forwarding for Updated Vessel Schedule
- Updating and Reporting every purchase of Import Transaction
- Create Purchase Receipt, Purchase Order, Purchase Shipment, Purchase Invoice and Payment Request in Accounting System.
- Working closely with Warehouse Division to purchase every spare part needed
- Analyzing and Forecasting spare part demand from Warehouse Division
- Communicate with Supplier/Vendor frequently.
- Record and maintain every purchase documentation neatly.
- Ready for any Jobs assigned by Superior time to time
