PT Indika Energy Tbk is hiring:

1. IT & DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS
  • S1 from IT related major
  • Have 7-10 years of experience with project management experience across 3-4 large scale initiatives (proficiency in roject management frameworks like Scrum/Agile/Others is a plus).
  • Experience in ERP (e.g. SAP/IFS/Oracle) implementation, and transformation/digital roadmap implementation (project/program management)
  • Experience in an enterprise setup working with IT leaders of the organization, managing consultants, system implementation teams and technology vendors
  • Having Technology/Product Management/Business Administration background is a plus
  • Having experience in cyber security/IT risk and experience working in a consulting firm/ system integrator is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the oversee of origination, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting and iteration of IT and Digital initiatives following the vision, strategy, plan and roadmap of Tech Council (including CIO office, Heads of IT of subsidiaries and our ICT services and solution).
  • Work with CIO and & Heads of IT of the subsidiaries to define the roadmap, oversee vendor/consultant selection, monitor the implementation progress and report regularly to the Tech Council, CIO and the Group CEO, keep tract of the business outcomes as well as the budget & timeline of the initiatives
  • Support central coordination of technology initiatives, digital initiative road mapping of the subsidiaries, cybersecurity initiatives across the Group, etc.

2. ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge and competency in accounting principles
  • Have min. 2 years experience work in KAP (Kantor Akuntan Pajak)
  • Administration and reporting financial statement preparation skills
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with SAP is an advantage
  • High levels of initiative, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and be a team

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensuring compliance with financial transaction recording standards (e.g. general ledger, cash payments/collections, tax transactions, etc.), including but not limited to IE Holding & Subsidiaries
  • Control/ reconciliation of accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts, etc.)
  • Accounting reports/schedules for internal audiences (management reporting) and/or for external audiences (compliance reporting) including consolidation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, budget reporting, etc.)
  • Cost accounting/budgeting (allocation of direct/indirect costs), variance analysis, budget preparation, etc.)
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable and/or Credit & Collections
  • Responsible for accounting transaction/data entry, data verification, and records maintenance
  • Performing some or all of the budgeting, cost accounting, internal management and/or external financial reporting work

3. COMPLIANCE JUNIOR COUNSEL

QUALIFICATIONS
  • S1 from any major
  • Have min. 3 years of experience in Corporate Governance, BOD & BOC support, Annual report, Archive Management, and Administration Support especially providing support for Corporate Secretary
  • Have certification in capital market related courses
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office; Power Point, Word, and Excel
  • Experience in publicly listed company, annual report and sustainability report, and IDXNet reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development and ensure the compliance of the corporate governance best practices; assist Corporate Secretary in preparing regular and incidental report to IDX, OJK & other regulatory body
  • Maintain accurate documentation of corporate governance activities and process
  • Maintain corporate calendar, board & committee meeting, preparing minutes meeting
  • Preparing content, design, and production of Annual Report
  • Preparing KYC documentation, maintaining statutory books, including register of members, directors, and secretaries
  • Manage and administer the group policy framework
  • Obtain and maintain legal document, licenses, and assets
  • Supervise and implement the archive management system

4. TAX SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS
  • S1 from Taxation related major
  • Preferably from tax consultant for 3-5 years
  • Have experience with tax audits and tax courts (including meeting, discussion, and preparing response to tax office/court)
  • Have experience with pabean regulations and practice
  • Have initiative to equip him/herself, team, and group with tax and regulation update
  • Can work independently

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handling tax matters in Indika Energy (both operational and during tax audit or tax court) 
  • Update tax knowledge for implementation in Indika Energy group
  • The incumbent will oversee tax compliance, reporting, and planning for the organization

5. CEO OFFICE MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Undergraduate or master's degree from reputable universities
  • 5 years or relevant experience in consulting, advisory, and related fields or previous experience as an analyst
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills - able to deliver compelling and concise presentations
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated
  • Demonstrate strong integrity and humility

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the executive team in overseeing high-priority projects and initiatives related to the company's growth aspirations and organizational development
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team and relevant stakeholders to ensure all business critical connections are made and issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner
  • Conduct research and strategic analysis including market research, competitor analysis, etc.
  • Prepare written summaries and presentation materials for the executive team
  • Provide overall support to the leadership
