PT Indomobil Bussan Trucking (INDOPENSKE) is hiring:

1. GENERAL AFFAIR OFFICER

  • S1 in any field
  • Previous experience min. 1 year experience in general affairs/ procurement/ vendor management Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and ensure cost- efficiency.
  • Fluent in English will be a plus point
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta, MT Haryono

2. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

  • S1 in any field
  • Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role min. 1 year of experience
  • Freshgraduate/ entry-level are welcome to apply
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English (both spoken & written)
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta, MT Haryono

3. FLEET ADMIN

  • Min. D3 in any field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administration
  • Fresh graduates/ entry-level are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English will be a plus point
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta, MT Haryono

4. FLEET ADMIN COORDINATOR

  • Min. D3 in any field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in vehicle administration or fleet management handling STNK and KIR
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledgeable about regulations related to commercial vehicles.
  • Strong communication skills and the Ability to be highly mobile
  • Fluent in English is a must (will be liased with expatriate manager)
