1. CREW MANAGER "CM"
REQUIREMENTS:
- D3 Shipping/ S1 Management, Maritime studies/shipping
- Experience: >5 years experience
- Knowledge, skill, attitude: Ms Excel, able to work independently as well as teams
- Domicile or willing to be placed in Jakarta
- Plan, supervise, control and analyze the needs of the ship's crew by coordinating with all related parties, both internal and external parties
- Plan and monitor the implementation of systems/procedures/manuals both systems in the office or crew systems on ships and take corrective actions (improvement) if needed
- Ensuring the crewing department can function optimally, work efficiently and effectively, and meet the targets set by the company
- Conduct interviews, selection and training for office crew staff and ship crews
- Coordinate with technical managers and operational managers regarding reviews/assessments for recruited crews to ensure that the standards set by the company are met
- Actively planning and contributing to the achievement of the company's overall strategic and operational goals
- Actively contribute and participate in preventing or overcoming special problems faced by the company, related to crew jump ship, fuel misappropriation, ship maintenance, etc.
- Maintain good relations with all parties so as to add value to the company as a whole
2. PROCUREMENT OFFICER "PO"
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in any major.
- Proven experience in marine industry procurement
- Have link or database related to vessel engine procurement
- Knowledge of marine equipment, supplies, and services.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable in Procedure Logistics
JOB DESC:
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers of marine equipment, supplies, and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure favorable pricing, quality, and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand marine procurement needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and address any issues or disputes.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of required items.
- Evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Stay updated on market trends and source new suppliers as needed.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
3. SENIOR TECHNICAL MANAGER "STM"
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 of Marine Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years sailing experience as chief engineer, preferably AHTS or Hp abo 3700 KW, CNVFILLM)
- Prefer able to have experience in offshore vessel (anchor of supply, berge and tug boat and supply vessel)
- Has Experience as Chief Mechanic who regulates maintenance and repair of ships for a minimum of 3 years.
- Experience as the Naval Architecture Manager or Assistant Manager of mechanical engineering 3 years.
- Having a Technical Expert Certificate, preferably a level 1 Technician with a minimum of ATT 2.
JOB DESC
- Responsible & Provide consultation to Executive Management on all matters relating to the maintenance and technical repairs of the ship's fleet.
- Develop audit program techniques to ensure that Company Policies are carried out by the team safely and reliably.
- Review and monitor engineering expenses so that repair and maintenance costs can be efficient and effective
- Build and provide support in the Development of the Technical Team in carrying out their responsibilities 5.Cooperate with customers on inspection of technical and operational
- Make regular visits to the ship
- Collaborate with Technical Superintendent & Port Engineer for vessel maintenance & repair, etc.
4. FUNDING MANAGER "FM"
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 Business, Economics, and all majors with a GPA above 3.5
- Minimum 5 years experience in the field of Funding.
- Experience in finance and treasury. Can speak English (spoken, written, listening), if you can speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Location in South Jakarta.
- Able to communicate well.
- Have links or relationships related to funding and banking (plus value).
- Have a financial planner certificate.
JOB DESC:
- Collecting third party funds targeted by the company for a project, both from investors and through bank funding.
- Understand how to carry out financial modeling/financial projections.
- Make reports on the achievement of fund collection targets that are correct, complete, timely and relevant to the Board of Directors.
- Provide input to the Board of Directors regarding market conditions, products and interest rates.
- Ensure completeness of documents and administration regarding deposits according to standards.
5. PORT CAPTAIN "PC"
REQUIREMENTS:
- Max 50 years old, 5 years as a master on AHTS vessel, and 5 years experience i the office (on land)
- Proficient in English
- D3/ S1 preferably in Maritime Studies min. ANT-II or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of AHTS vessel and transportation industry
- Perform inspection of vessel on repair and maintenance standars and prosedure
- Ability to deal with other using courtesy, tact and good judgement
- Must be familiar with ship, terminal/refinery operations
JOB DESC
- Ensure all ship operational activities run smoothly, such as ship permits, ship's daily needs (fuel, FW, spare parts, etc)
- Bridges internal and external parties (clients)
- Monitor VDR/ship daily activities and ensure that vessels operate nicely
- Ensure that the SOP, PMS, and fuel of vessel is carried out properly
- Fulfill the target on hire / NC closing, based on information from marketing team, and coordinate with related departements, while still keeping up with the dateline of each activites
- Actively contribute / participate when overcome special problems related to class, porters/agents, goverment agencies, and other parties, so the ship operations can run smoothly
6. VESSEL DOCUMENT OFFICER "VDO"
- S1 of Law, IPK min 3,50.
- Able to speak english (writing, listening, speaking) fluently and have TOEFL min 500.
- Knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able and understand to monitor, record, submit and ensure vessel certificates are valid when operating.
- Able and understand how to coordinate with vessel agents or vessels currently operating regarding ship documents.
- Understand the laws regarding offshore vessel operations.
- Able to conduct direct negotiations with authorities, government agencies, vendors related to safety equipment services, ship safety equipment certification, etc.
- Carry out arrangements and be able to negotiate the costs of extending documents or certificated.
- Have link to Government agencies ((Perhubungan Kelautan) (Point Plus).
