PT Manambang Muara Enim is hiring:
1. GOVERNMENT & COMMUNITY RELATIONS SPV
- Establishing good relations with the Government, Legislative Institutions, NGOs, Media, Community/ Religious Leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Conducting stakeholder mapping.
- Analyzing the development of companies operating in the local district and the government's district development plans.
- Processing land acquisition strategies according to the established plan to ensure a smooth process.
- Conducting interventions, lobbying, and negotiations on government policies to support the Company's vision and mission.
2. CONTRACTED & COAL PROCESSING
- Conduct regular supervision of pit design implementation, fleet configuration, and field coordination with contractors.
- Supervise the coal crushing plant process to ensure continuous coal availability.
- Monitor supervisory functions of coal crushing plant operations to ensure coal transported/sold meets the established targets and objectives.
- Perform regular oversight of operational activities and support units to ensure alignment with the work plan.
- Supervise and record the efficient and effective use of Heavy Duty Equipment (HM & Fuel Consumption).
- Document daily shift production reports (Production, Weight Bridge, Bucket Crusher & Crushing Plant).
3. COAL QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
- Ensuring that sample collection and laboratory testing conducted by Independent Surveyors (In- house Surveyor or Witness Buyer) are carried out according to applicable standards (ASTM, ISO). This activity is carried out in areas such as PIT, ROM, Stockpile, Jetty, and MV.
- Developing a coal blending plan, overseeing, analyzing, and evaluating coal quality at PIT, ROM, Stockpile Crusher, Intermediate Stockpile, and Jetty
- Monitoring proper stockpile management and coordinating with the Operations team to address issues in the Pit, ROM, and Stockpile areas such as rock content, contaminants, coal fires, coal dust, and fragmentation size from crushing.
