JOB DESC
- Assist in reaching out and monitoring the candidate's complete recruitment process under outsourcing vendors
- Support outsourcing vendors in providing candidates
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases
- Provide support in the preparation of recruitment-related documentation and reports
- Collaborate daily with the recruitment team, internal stakeholders, and outsourcing vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Last semester or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Having an experience in recruitment is advantageous
- Strong attention to details and well-organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to WFO 2-3 days a week
- Willing to participate in a 3-month internship
- Placement Setiabudi, South Jakarta
