PROJECT ADMIN

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. D3 (preferably with Engineering Specialization)
  • Minimum 2 year of relevant administration & project co-ordination experience.
  • Must possess strong computer skills and sound skill in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power point, MS-Visio, Pdf editor.
  • Exposure to ERP software preferred.
  • Speak and Read English fluently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work as part of team.

JOB DESC:
  • Manage end-to end projects administration support for Project and Engineering team. Assist in creating work orders, compiling bill of materials. Assist with populating information on route sheet template.
  • Assist in follow-up quotes, comparison of quotes and creating purchase requisition.
  • Follow-up with production, QC and vendor with regards to job execution status and update project team. Obtain weekly status reports, review and expedite deliveries with vendors on a regular basis.
  • Obtain weekly project updates from Project Engineers and submit to customers / sales team in a timely manner.
  • Update Critical Goods Register on daily basis for Project function. Update Risk Register at least twice a week for project function and liaise on it with other teams, QA Engineer towards fulfilment
  • Assist with upload of Project team documents into Master control and keep up to date.
  • Assist with creation of technical documents such as work instructions, flow charts, project schedules, PP slides.
  • Assist with preparatory / staging tasks for monthly work order closing, vendor PO closing.
  • Assist Engineering Projects Manager for ad hoc tasks or any other duties which will be assigned.
  • Maintain Technical information / Library.  Assist Project Team with administration activities and general clerical duties. Assist with Sales Admin duties in the absence of Administrator.
