1. PRODUCTION FOREMAN
Responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring compliance with standards, formulas, and plans per shift. Monitors and records defects and waste, manages waste risks, and ensures accurate, timely reporting of production and waste
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D3 in Industrial Engineering/ Food Technology, or another related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Halal Assurance System (SJH), and ISO 22000 (HACCP).
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Willing to work in shifts
- Placement Kopo-Katapang Plant & Rancaekek Plant
2. QUALITY CONTROL
Responsible for inspecting raw materials, packaging material, production processes, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting tests, maintaining hygiene, and implementing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in production processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. (SMK) in Food Science, Biology, or Chemistry.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as QC/QA in food industry (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
- Understand GMP, ISO 22000 & Halal Assurance System.
- Detail oriented, diciplined, and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills.
- Placement Kopo-Katapang Plant & Rancaekek Plant
