SITE HR COORDINATOR
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1/ S2 in Human Resources or Law
- Around 8 to 10 years of experience as HR Generalist/ HR Business Partner/ Site HR/ Industrial Relations
- Good understanding, if not mastery, of Labor Laws and Regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficient in the general computer literacy.
- Willing to work on rotational based at site and passionate on travelling for work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partnering with site leaders and employees to provide clear guidance on HR-related matters
- Aligning HR strategies with site business objectives.
- Managing and overseeing employee & industrial relations, including employee grievance, conflict resolution, performance management, employee engagement and government relations.
- Managing intervention of corporate values to ensure conducive work atmosphere.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Contributing to HR-related projects and initiatives.
