HRGA SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle and supervise recruitment and selection process
- Supervise and control payroll process
- Analyze and evaluate salary structure, compensation & benefit within the company
- Create and evaluate organizational structure, SOP, and KPI for all existing departments
- Create employee contract
- Handle industrial relation matters Monitor and collect data regarding company's assets
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in Psychology/ Law/ Human Resources
- Minimum experienced of 3 years as a HRD Supervisor
- Have a good knowledge of labor law and BPJS
- Have a good network within law or labor institutions
- Energetic and have a good leadership & communication skills
- Willing to go to business trips
- Placement Jakarta Head Office
