FRESH GRADUATE PROGRAM 2025
Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil & Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2025 up to 31 December 2025.
1. FRESH GRADUATE PROGRAM 2025 - EXPLORATION
- S1 in Geophysics and Geology major.
- Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
- Fresh graduate, 0 - <1 year of experience
- Attention to details, analytical thinking, integrity, compliance, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Good in data management and public speaking
- Fluent communication (written and spoken) in English
- Basic skill in operating some G&G software application, drawing, and other relevant
- Able to operate Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
2. FRESH GRADUATE PROGRAM 2025 - OPERATIONS
- S1 in Chemical Engineering major
- Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
- Fresh graduate, 0 - <1 year of experience
- Attention to details, analytical thinking, and willing to learn
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Good communication (written and spoken) in English.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Have knowledge in chemical process design, fluid mechanics, and other relevant.
3. FRESH GRADUATE PROGRAM 2025 - HUMAN CAPITAL
- S1 in Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or other relevant majors
- Have writing and visual editing skills
- Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
- Fresh graduate, 0 - <1 year of experience
- Attention to details, good public speaking, analytical thinking, proactive, and willing to learn
- Good communication (written and spoken) in English.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

4. FRESH GRADUATE PROGRAM 2025 - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
- S1 in Information Technology, Information Systems or Electrical Engineering major.
- Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
- Fresh graduate, 0 - <1 year of experience
- Team player, analytical thinking, and willing to learn
- Good communication (written and spoken) in English
- Able to operate Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Understand Software Development Life Cycle, database management, SQL, data migration & integration, front-end and back-end web development, various operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Having experience in software development processes and methodologies, troubleshooting, SharePoint Online.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, Power Apps, Power Automate, and another Microsoft 365 is a plus.
5. FRESH GRADUATE PROGRAM 2025 - BUSINESS SUPPORT (BALIKPAPAN)
- D3 in Management, Finance/Accounting, Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering or other relevant major.
- Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
- Fresh graduate, 0 - <1 year of experience
- Team player, analytical thinking, and willing to learn
- Good communication (written and spoken) in English
- Able to operate Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Able to operate MS Visio, Photoshop is a plus
- Domicile in Balikpapan area
6. FRESH GRADUATE PROGRAM 2025 - ERC (CSR)
- S1 in Communication Science, Sociology or other relevant major.
- Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
- Fresh graduate, 0 - <1 year of experience
