1. MINE PLAN ENGINEER

  • S1 in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mine planning or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in mine planning software (e.g., Surpac, SPRY, MineScape, AutoCAD).
  • Able to create Design and Mine Plan Maps (PIT, Disposal & Mining Infrastructure).
  • Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in the mining industry.
  • Placement Central Kalimantan

2. GEOLOGIST

  • S1 in Geology.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in greenfield exploration, specifically in gold mining
  • Strong field geology skills, including geological mapping, sampling, and core logging.
  • Proficiency in geological software (Surpac, ArcGIS, Leapfrog, Micromine, MapInfo and similar tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and able to work independently and as a team.
  • Willing to work on a 8 weeks on-site, 2 weeks off roster (8:2).

3. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT / CSR

  • S1 in Law.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in CSR, community relations, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, community consultation, and managing local community relations.
  • Proven experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Placement Central Kalimantan

4. HRGA SITE

  • S1 in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA or a related role, preferably in a mining industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Understand and be able to implement Labor Laws & Regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to be placed at Central Kalimantan Site Project with roster system.
  • Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills.

5. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SITE

  • S1 in Accounting, Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (experience in the mining industry is highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willing to be placed at Central Kalimantan Site Project with roster system.

6. HSE

  • S1 in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Mining Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HSE role within the mining industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of mining regulations, HSE standards, and environmental laws
  • AK3U (Ahli K3 Umum) certification is a must.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
