PT Transkon Jaya Tbk. adalah perusahaan lokal mapan yang berbasis di Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur, mengkhususkan diri dalam Penyewaan Kendaraan 4 x 4 & 4 x 2 untuk Industri Pertambangan, Minyak & Gas dan Industri Konstruksi, termasuk Kendaraan Ringan, Truk Ringan dan Bus, Manhaul, Ambulans, Badan Layanan , Kendaraan Penyelamat, dan banyak kendaraan khusus lainnya. Transkon beroperasi di beberapa pulau: Kalimantan, Sumatera, Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Maluku, dan Jawa, termasuk membangun fasilitas bengkel di 43 lokasi tambang yang berbeda untuk mendukung armada sewa lebih dari 2.000 unit pada tahun 2019.
Transkon memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 18 tahun di bidang Penyewaan Kendaraan dan merupakan perusahaan yang dinamis dan berkembang pesat, tujuannya adalah untuk lebih menumbuhkan bisnis Indonesia secara luas dengan meningkatkan jangkauan kendaraan yang disewakan dan melakukan diversifikasi ke sektor industri potensial lainnya, serta sektor perusahaan 4 x 2 di kota-kota regional. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct price and quality research for goods and negotiate with relevant vendors;
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of goods;
- Manage and process purchase orders;
- Ensure all procurement-related documents are complete and accurate;
- Prepare purchasing reports and monitor expenditures;
- Create purchase orders and collaborate with the Finance team regarding payment documents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in Management, Economics, or a related field;
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing;
- Proficient in procurement software and office applications (MS Office);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a team;
- Preferable domicile at Balikpapan.
2. HSE OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Fully responsible to superiors (HSE Head), able to provide verbal and written reports to superiors;
- Providing appropriate information when employees or other departments need support related to HSE;
- Prepare, implement and evaluate the annual HSE program (HSE communication, inspection, HSE campaign, emergency response, etc.) in accordance with the targets;
- Monitoring the availability, appropriateness, and ensure that the PPE is used by workers
- Monitoring the MCU schedule of all employees and evaluate MCU results, including the validity period of Mine Permit, SIMPER for employees in site area;
- Ensuring B3 materials and B3 waste are managed properly according to regulations
- Supporting PJO in mining safety management, including HSE Report, HSE Meeting, HSE Audit as well as User's program
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D4 K3, S1 Engineering, Law, Environment, Management, Health;
- Max. age 30 years old;
- Min. 2 years working in the safety section, especially mining;
- Communication, public speaking, teamwork, time management, problem solving, analyst;
- Preferable domicile at Kutai Barat and Kutai Timur.
