Knitto Group adalah perusahaan manufaktur terintegrasi yang mencakup rajut, pewarnaan dan penyempurnaan dengan jaringan toko kain di kota-kota besar di Indonesia. Perusahaan kami dimulai sebagai pabrik rajut kecil yang didirikan di Bandung. Seiring waktu, perusahaan kami terus tumbuh dan berkembang bersama pelanggan kami di seluruh Indonesia dan luar negeri.
Pada tahun 2014, kami membuka toko kain pertama kami di Bandung, menjual produk kain rajut. Saat ini, kami memiliki 5 toko ritel yang terletak di Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, dan Surabaya.
Produk kain rajut umumnya digunakan untuk produk kaos, polo shirt, dan sweater. Knitto menyediakan berbagai jenis kain rajut seperti Single Knit, Double Knit, Pique, Baby Terry, dan Fleece. Berbagai bahan tersedia di toko kami seperti Katun Combed, Katun Carded, Katun Bambu, Katun Modal, CVC, Katun Slub, dan Misty. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan, Knitto juga menyediakan kain fancy dengan warna dan pola unik.

RECRUITMENT STAFF
REQUIREMENT
- Min. S1 Psychology.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possesses good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to analyze workforce needs and identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
- Familiar with online recruitment systems such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, and others.
- Has skills in psychometric testing, interviews, and recruitment documentation.
- Proficient in using psychological testing tools, including testing and scoring.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, schedule interviews, and prioritize tasks.
- Willing to be Placed in Bandung city.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Create clear and attractive job descriptions and post them on various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.).
- Receive incoming CVs and cover letters, and perform initial screening based on the specified qualifications.
- Schedule interviews with candidates who pass the initial selection, conduct skill tests or psychometric tests, and manage the administration of psychological test tools.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth administrative processes, such as joining dates, employment contracts, and new employee documentation.
- Report to the superior regarding the progress of the ongoing recruitment process.
