1. MANAGER, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience at the Managerial Level in FMCG or Beauty Industries (local companies)
  • Able to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • In-depth understanding of the beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Strong marketing skills to create effective product marketing strategies and campaigns

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Developing brand identity (including creating ideation for new or improvement products for Scarlett)
  • Identifying market opportunities, trends, and consumer needs to drive product development
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, for every product improvements
  • Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency
  • Delivering product briefs to Brand Marketing Strategies for product development
  • Execute and ensure product management strategies align with the organization's objectives
  • Create and maintain a timeline for product management on track as planned
  • Oversee cross-functional teams involved in product development, especially R&D and Marketing Communication
  • Make a report for the new product's evaluation and feedback

2. SUPERVISOR, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

3. SUPERVISOR, PACKAGING DESIGNER

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
  • S1 in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field with a focus on printing and production
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Packaging Designer, with a minimum year of experience in a Senior or Supervisor level
  • Previously worked in the personal care, beauty, or skincare industry, with a solid understanding of its design aesthetics, consumer, and marketing side
  • Strong knowledge of offset printing processes, including color separation, SMYK, spot colors, and pre-press preparation
  • Familiarity with technical aspects like file preparation (print-ready artwork, bleed, trim marks, and resolution)
  • Experience in creating packaging designs, specifically for the personal care, beauty, or skincare industry
  • Understanding of local skincare market trends and consumer preferences
  • Highly meticulous in ensuring all elements of the design meet technical and aesthetic standards
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Understanding consumer expectation and marketing expectations and translating them into aesthetic design packaging
  • Understanding various packaging materials characteristics and providing recommendations on material selection to meet product requirements effectively
  • Develop multiple packaging designs aligned with the brand identity
  • Ensure printed outcomes match the design
  • Reviewing and approving proofs before mass production
  • Anticipates and addresses potential production issues during the design phase
  • Collaborate with the Product Management Team and printing vendors for efficient execution
  • Present and explain design ideas, material options, and technical recommendations to non-design teams

4. EXECUTIVE, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
  • D3/ S1 of any major
  • Have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in Brand Innovation/Marketing/Building in FMCG or Beauty Industries (Local Companies)
  • Able to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • In-depth understanding of the beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Strong marketing skills to create effective product marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Know about online and offline campaigns
  • Experience in end-to-end marketing (innovation to market execution)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Analyze skincare and makeup trends to identify opportunities for new products
  • Conduct surveys and gather consumer feedback to understand preferences
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to develop formulations and packaging that meet consumer needs
  • Oversee product development from concept to launch, including product testing
  • Work with the Marketing team to plan strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align sales strategies with goals
  • Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and meet expectations
  • Analyze product performance metrics such as sales and consumer satisfaction
  • Recommend product improvements and marketing strategies
  • Manage budgets for product development and marketing
  • Monitor expenses to ensure marketing efficiency
  • Organize marketing campaigns effectively

5. MANAGER, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
  • Graduate degree in Science or Technology courses preferable (S-1, preferably S-2)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with a proven track record of designing a wide range of face care formulations and decorative cosmetics
  • Led and drove projects and teams, and delivered with speed to a consistently high standard
  • A broad range of R&D or technical product design experiences is ideal  (e.g. consumer insights, claims, product assessment, etc.) 
  • Data analysis and using digital for efficient R&D processes
  • Passion for consumers, passion for growth, and leading people is essential
  • Good interpersonal skills and work effectively with customers, business teams, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong experiment design skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
  • Good business acumen and end-to-end innovation process
  • Deep knowledge of consumers and Indonesian beauty
  • Must have very good communication and influencing skills in English and Bahasa
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Working closely with business leaders, and internal and external customers, and be responsible and accountable for delivering the agreed R&D program in line with business ambition
  • Formulating innovative skin care (face and body) and decorative cosmetics that are well-accepted by consumers with good manufacturability
  • Be technical project leader and coordinator for other elements of the product (processing, packaging, product assessment and claim, and regulatory) and ensure all required activities are done on time with quality
  • Build product, process, and packaging specifications
  • Maximise interfaces across the R&D team and work with R&D to leverage external resources for efficiency
  • Update with the consumer and market trends and technology development and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and new product development and increase profitability
  • Be the technical and R&D representative in dealing with external partners
  • Ensure good laboratory practice is implemented with proper lab records and documentation
  • Build technical skills of the team

6. SUPERVISOR, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT FORMULATION

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
  • S1 in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D personal care, preferably skin or face care
  • Have hands-on experience in formulating skin/face care and decorative
  • Experience in claim and demo development is valuable
  • Deep knowledge of consumers and Indonesian beauty
  • Must have very good communication and influencing skills in English and Bahasa
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Developing formulation for innovation/renewing product and operational in laboratorium
  • Creating prototypes from lab scale to production scale to ensure product quality
  • Conducting all necessary tests like chemical, physical, microbiological, organoleptic, and others with precision and highly accurate
  • Accurately and systematically document all prototype progress to support and enhance product development
  • Design product specifications for process production
  • Determine the selection of materials accurately and rationally in accordance with the product brief while ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Analyze and identify the risk related to formulation and product manufacturing processes
  • Provide recommendations to the innovation team and R&D Manager regarding product formulation improvements, benefits, stability, and claims
  • Continuously monitor and stay updated on developments in the cosmetic raw material industry, products, market trends, and consumer behavior
  • Maintain a safe working environment, care for equipment, and adhere to good laboratory practices

7. MANAGER, HR GENERALIST

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
  • S1 in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in Managerial position
  • Have a knowledge in end to end HR process
  • Able to run payroll and advance in managing people
  • Able to maintain and manage the general affair
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Managing entire recruitment strategies and retaining employee
  • Foster a positive work environment related to workplace policies and culture
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal process
  • Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database

8. SNR. EXECUTIVE, PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNER

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
  • Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the Division to Human Capital line services
  • Will be focusing on Sales Department
  • Work along with business leaders to provide solutions in people matters in organization plans, manpower planning, recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and coaching-mentoring
  • Analyze performance metrics like statistics on employee retention and experience to come up with ideas for improvements and enhancements
  • Collaborate with the HR and other Division Managers to solve any workspace and employee relations issues
  • Assist management in conflict resolution
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Possesses a deep knowledge of the business unit/area- key employees and business processes

9. EXECUTIVE, PEOPLE ACQUISITION & EMPLOYER BRANDING

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
  • S1 of any related major
  • Have a minimum of a year of experience in talent acquisition in FMCG, beauty, or start-up industries
  • Experienced in executing end-to-end hiring processes for managerial level
