1. GEOTECHNICAL SUPERVISOR
- S1 in Geology or Mining Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Geotechnical Engineer or 2 years as a Geotechnical Supervisor in the coal mining industry.
- Expertise in developing, validating, and updating geotechnical models
- Strong understanding of mine design, road construction management, and URCI
- Proficient in geotechnical data collection (surface mapping, core drilling) and analysis
- Skilled in mining software: Minescape, Slide/Phase2, GeoStudio Slope W, and Rockfall
- Possess POP / POM Certificate
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Knowledgeable in geotechnical analysis for LOM, staging plans, and high-risk activity management
- Willing to travel if needed
2. MINE PLAN SUPERVISOR
- Min. S1 in Geology/ Mining Engineering.
- Min 2 years working experience as Mine Plan Supervisor or 4 years.
- Experience in preparing a longterm and shorterm of mine planning and also reporting.
- Have a good communication, analytical thinking skills.
- Having ability to operate Mine Application Software (Minescape, Minex, Spry) and Ms. Office.
- Having a POP Certificate is preferred.
3. FINANCE ACCOUNTING STAFF (ON SITE)
- Min. S1 Akuntansi
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja sebagai Staff Finance dan Accounting di Industri tambang minimal 1 tahun
- Menguasai dasar-dasar akuntansi
- Mahir dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office
- Memiliki kemauan belajar yang tinggi
- Komunikatif, analitis, detail, dan memiliki rasa ingin tahu tinggi
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Angsana, Kalimantan Selatan
4. HR SENIOR STAFF
- S1 in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, especially in the mining industry.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, payroll, industrial relations (IR), and employee relations (ER).
- Knowledge of labor laws, mining regulations, and government compliance.
- Proven experience in employee dispute resolution, union relations, and conflict management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Willing to travel and placed to our site location.
5. HR MANAGER HOTEL (EBONY HOTEL)
- S1 in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
- Min 2 years working experience as a HR Manager/ 3 years as HR Asst. Manager/ 5 years as HR Spv in Hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits, recruitment, onboarding, employee relation, performance management, and training and development
- Willing to be placed in Batulicin, South Kalimantan.
- Available to join immediately.
