1. FINANCE ACCOUNTING AND TAX SUPERVISOR

• Min. S1 in Accounting
• Min 3 years working experiences as a FAT Supervisor
• Have a Mining industry background is a good advantage
• Excellent in Ms. Office and Accurate
• Have a Tax Brevet A&B is preferred
• Have a good communication, analytical thinking, and problem solving skill
• Strong leadership skill
• Willing to travel if needed
• Placement HO

2. ADMIN FINANCE

• Min. SMK, diutamakan jurusan Akuntansi/ Keuangan.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Admin Finance, lebih disukai dari industri tambang
• Mampu mencatat transaksi keuangan & menyusun laporan kas mingguan/bulanan.
• Menguasai dasar akuntansi, cash opname, dan Microsoft Excel.
• Jujur, teliti, dan mampu bekerja mandiri maupun tim.
• Diutamakan berdomisili di Angsana, Tanah Bumbu, Kalimantan Selatan.
• Penempatan Site Angsana

3. GEOLOGIST OFFICER

• Min. S1 in Geology/ Mining Engineering
• Have a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Geologist or Geotech Engineer in coal mining industry
• Possess POP Certificate
• Proficient in operating mining software (Minescape, Minex, Spry), Drone.
• Capable of conducting surface mapping and coal modelling
• Excellent in reporting
• Have a good communication, analytical thinking and leadership skills.
• Penempatan Site Angsana

4. LEGAL COMMERCIAL SPV

• Min. S1 in Law is a must
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in legal and commercial roles, preferably in mining and coal trading.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and mining laws, contract management, and compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
• Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
• Willing to travel if needed.

5. HR SENIOR STAFF

• S1 in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, especially in the mining industry.
• Strong expertise in recruitment, payroll, industrial relations (IR), and employee relations (ER).
• Knowledge of labor laws, mining regulations, and government compliance.
• Proven experience in employee dispute resolution, union relations, and conflict management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
• Willing to travel and placed to our site location.

6. QC OFFICER

• Min. S1 in Geology/ Mining Engineering.
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Coal Quality Officer in mining industry
• Proficient in coal sampling theory, resource estimation, and mine reconciliation.
• Ability to operate mining application software (Minescape, Minex, or Spry)
• Knowledgeable in quality control standards, inspection, evaluation, and testing methodologies in the mining industry
• Understanding of mining safety regulations and standards
• Having POP Certificate
• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
• Experienced in blending plans based on sales forecasts, coal stock management, and port operations, along with pit and port sampling and Pre-Shipment Analysis (PSA)
• Willing to be placed in West Kutai, East Kalimantan (Roster available)

7. GEOTECHNIC SUPERVISOR

• S1 in Geology or Mining Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Geotechnical Engineer or 2 years as a Geotechnical Supervisor in the coal mining industry.
• Expertise in developing, validating, and updating geotechnical models
• Strong understanding of mine design, road construction management, and URCI
• Proficient in geotechnical data collection (surface mapping, core drilling) and analysis
• Skilled in mining software: Minescape, Slide/ Phase2, GeoStudio Slope W, and Rockfall
• Possess POP / POM Certificate
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Knowledgeable in geotechnical analysis for LOM, staging plans, and high-risk activity management
• Willing to travel if needed

8. GEOLOGIST SUPERVISOR

• Min. S1 in Geology/ Mining Engineering
• Have a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Geologist
• Experience in a Mining Consultant Industry is a good advantage.
• Possess POP/POM Certificate
• Proficient in operating mining software (Minescape, Minex, Spry)
• Capable of conducting surface mapping and coal modelling
• Excellent in reporting
• Have a good communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills
• Penempatan HO

9. ERT STAFF

• S1 in OHS, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Valid BASARNAS certifications (firefighting, survival, rescue)
• Min. 2 years of emergency response experience in mining industry
• Skilled in first aid & emergency evacuation procedures
• Capable of conducting emergency response training and socialization for employees
• Knowledge of HSE regulations & SMKP compliance
• Strong team coordination skills, including with medical units
• Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan (Site Angsana)
