MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
To acquire all essential knowledge and capability to become future prospective engineer and leaders, in particular fields of production, construction, and company operation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Following all company regulations, and health and safety protocols.
- Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to achieving company targets and develop strategic operations.
- Others ad hoc task required relating to job of management trainee.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- S1 in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Fresh Graduate in year 2024 or 2025.
- Grade Point Average (IPK) minimum 3.3 above.
- Active in organizational activities during college.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Passionate in Marine Industry.
- Have a good English Skill both in Speaking and Writing.
- Have a good self-discipline, communicational, and organizational skills.
- Willing to be placed in Batam.
